Sauna Sessions
We’re so pleased to be returning to the beautiful grounds of Traquair House in Innterleithen on 18th September We’ll be positioned in a new location, even closer to the Tweed with a gorgeous view of the historic house. You’ll find a mix of our simple sauna sessions alongside some events in collaboration with Ingrid Campbell from Tweed Valley Wilding.

If you’d like to join us for a sauna but none of the listed sessions work for you, get in touch – we’d love to help. We’re happy to open a session for more than four people if we can make it work.

Sauna at Traquair House

Come for a 45 or 60 minute or sauna, and afterwards cool down with a dip in the Quair Water, with a sprinkle from a watering can or simple fresh air.
