A collection of people we’ve worked with and shared the journey with. From day one to today, these friends have helped make it all possible. We’re proud to share their work and stories with you, because good things happen when great people come together.
Exercise…
Anna Galbraith runs a small fitness studio in the Scottish Borders offering a fantastic range of fitness classes, small group classes and personal training sessions. Our collaborative journey started with her HIIT to HOT classes where we combined high intensity interval training with the intense heat of Beyla.
Jools of Roots and Clouds is a guide in sustainable movement, living and wellness, helping people reconnect with their bodies through natural, functional movement. Her sessions focused on reconditioning the body in ways that support not just physical health, but emotional and mental wellbeing too.
Alexandra Church of Lagom Fitness is a local PT and healthy eating enthusiast who brings both energy and expertise to every session. We partnered with her for dynamic Saturday circuits classes, followed by some delicious post-workout treats to hydrate and nourish.
We teamed up with Nikki Parvin to offer gentle Body Harmony classes, combining elements of Tai Chi, Yoga, and Pilates, for a peaceful yet strengthening practice. In colder months, the sessions take place indoors, surrounded by candles and the warmth of a crackling fire, creating a cosy, peaceful atmosphere. When the weather is warmer, classes move outside, so you can have your feet in the grass, soak up the sunshine and connect with nature.
Nature…
Rachel Abbott from Among the Woods and Waters has led some lovely nature walks with us, from foraging adventures at Bewliehill Farm to exploring the incredible relationship humans have with plants at Lindean Loch. Both walks ended with a delicious wild tea and cake.
We also regularly collaborate with Lynda Stoddart from Take to the Water, our wild swimming expert and guide to the incredible open waters of the Scottish Borders. From rivers and lochs to hidden waterfalls, Lynda leads immersive, supportive experiences that help people reconnect with nature and themselves. Together, we’ve introduced many beginners to the magic of wild swimming.
Collaborating with Ingrid Campbell of Tweed Valley Wilding has been a pleasure. Her nature-based experiences helped people reconnect with the land, the water, and themselves. From evening wild swims along the River Tweed to gentle, restorative mornings in the woods of Traquair House, complete with wild tea, hammocks, and quiet reflection, Ingrid’s sessions offered a powerful invitation to slow down and breathe deeply.
Pollyana Caldas Xavier Leaver from Primal Rising joined us to offer a unique outdoor yoga and sound bath experience combined with our luxury Nordic sauna. Pollyana’s approach blends modern wellness with ancestral wisdom, aiming to help individuals feel free, connected, and alive.
Wellness…
When it comes to multisensory sauna experiences, we always work with Sauna Masters, Eve and Darren. They blend plants, scents, salts and steam with their academic expertise in the science of sauna to take you on a journey of nervous system restoration.
Fiona Sinclair from The Wee Wellness Room is an Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist, and we’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with her at our Bewliehill base. While Fiona worked her magic with deeply therapeutic massages, we brought the heat with our sauna, creating a blissful double dose of relaxation.
Best friends, Delia and Emma are passionate about food! They use local, great quality ingredients wherever possible. Together they create thoughtful and inspiring menus catered to the individual. Dishes are made with love, fun and friendship. Taste is the absolute priority but they also love making things visually beautiful. Emma and Delia believe the best times are had with friends, sharing fabulous food made by them.
Others…
Neal’s Yard Remedies
We’re all about bringing nature’s best to our wellness experiences, which is why we adore Neal’s Yard Remedies essential oils. Aufguss ice balls infused with their essential oils add a refreshing and invigorating touch to our sauna sessions.
Ryde store
Dry Robes from Ryde Store have been a total game-changer during the winter months! They keep our hosts warm at work and outside of it too. The robe is not only super cosy and comfy, but it’s also incredibly practical, with plenty of pockets, zips, and even a carabiner to hook your essentials onto.
