Cancellations made 7 days or more before the booking date are eligible for a refund, minus a £3 per seat administration and transaction fee. Alternatively, a full credit note can be issued for the total booking value. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the booking date will not be refunded. Transferring your booking onto a friend is possible, but please confirm this with us in advance by emailing sauna@cedarhus.co.uk.
We reserve the right to cancel bookings at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, we will contact you to rearrange your booking.
